Core Responsibilities

• Schedule analyst engagements internally and with analyst firms, including inquiries/briefings, advisory days, event sponsorships, analyst roadshows, etc.
• Be responsible for building out notes as well as creating reports, briefing books, and track customer references using Architect and/or Excel.
• Provide data on analyst interactions for inclusion in the function’s monthly AR status reports to bring key insights and efficiency to the organization and its strategies.
• Research and explore websites for specific competitive or industry statistics as well as build and maintain analyst contracts database and renewals calendar.
• Support various activities including managing the scheduled deliverables for Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, Dresner end-user industry reports, and other periodic analyst reports.

What We Value

• 1-2 years experience in software industry working with specialists in Analyst Relations and/or managing a small AR function directly.
• Background in fields such as Communications, English, Journalism or Media, with a curiosity about strategic Analyst Relations as a career path.
• Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication skills and attention to detail. Comfort working with, and understanding, the way engineers approach projects.
• Analytical, data-driven approach to work, as well as the ability to think creatively to solve problems and secure opportunities. Ability to develop metrics, build status summaries and communicate business and technology insights.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office. Previous experience with ARInsights ARchitect platform preferred but not required.
