Fidelity Workplace Consulting is hiring a Director of Video Production, for the C&CM practice. We’re looking for someone in Boston or Chicago.
Our Communication and Change Management Practice crafts strategies, develops content and completes campaigns to engage and educate employees about changes to their benefits and in their workplace. In short, we design and deploy employee-facing communications based on the needs of each client. Our creative team of graphic designers, animators, and producers, bring our communications to life by applying branding and design thinking to our campaigns to really engage audiences!
The Director of Video Production is responsible for growing video capabilities and revenue), as well as people management.
As the expert in video production and motion design, you'll lead conceptual development, and production of engaging multimedia content that delivers what clients want and their employees need. This position is for a creative leader with a business minded demeanor.
The ideal candidate will serve as both a technical multimedia authority and a creative storyteller, leading multiple aspects of production, including videography (camera, lighting, and audio operation), design, editing, motion graphic, and animation — for Fidelity Workplace Consulting clients.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
