Our team is growing, and we're looking for our next experienced arborist to consult our clients on their landscaping needs. You'll be responsible for trimming, pruning, removing, treating, and planting trees. You have proven field experience in arboriculture and are comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Responsibilities
•Proficient in all levels of pruning following A300 standards
•Meet with clients to identify their landscaping needs
•Complete tree maintenance with the use of pruners, tree trimmers, handsaws, and chainsaws
•Remove trees and other plants
•Set new trees in soil and support them with braces
•Administer pesticides to trees when needed
Qualifications
•Must be physically able to lift heavy objects, climb trees, and comfortable working at high heights
•Applicant must have high school diploma or equivalent
•Strong communication skills are required
•A bachelor's degree in environmental sciences or related field, or arboriculture field experience, is required
•Must have valid driver's license
