Responsibilities:

• Shower Installations:

- Expertly install various types of showers, including walk-in showers, corner showers, and custom shower enclosures

- Ensure proper waterproofing and sealing to prevent water damage

- Collaborate with clients and design teams to implement specific features and design elements

• Tub Installations:

- Install freestanding or built-in bathtubs, ensuring secure and level placement

- Connect plumbing fixtures and ensure proper drainage for functional and aesthetically pleasing installations

- Provide recommendations on tub selection based on client preferences and space considerations

• Conversions:

- Execute bathtub-to-shower or shower-to-tub conversions based on client requests

- Assess existing plumbing and structural elements to facilitate smooth conversion processes

- Work closely with clients to understand their vision for the conversion and make appropriate suggestions

• Full Bathroom Remodels

- Oversee comprehensive bathroom remodels from concept to completion

- Install new fixtures, tiles, flooring, and other elements according to design specifications

- Ensure all plumbing and electrical work is completed to code and meets safety standards

• Quality Control:

- Conduct thorough inspections of completed installations to ensure quality, functionality, and adherence to design plans

- Address any deficiencies promptly and work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards

• Client Interaction:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and expectations

- Provide professional advice and guidance on material selections, layouts, and design elements

• Safety and Compliance:

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment

- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to bathroom installations

• Project Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of project details, including materials used, timeframes, and any client-specific instructions

- Communicate project progress to supervisors and clients as needed

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in bathroom installations, including showers, tubs, and full remodels
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry techniques related to bathroom installations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to interpret design plans and specifications
• Understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards in construction and remodeling
