We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team for an exciting construction project. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the construction site, including scheduling, manpower allocation, and material procurement.
• Implement and enforce safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all employees and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is completed according to specifications, quality standards, and within project timelines.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Manage and mentor on-site staff, providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.
• Keep accurate records of daily activities, including progress reports, site incidents, and resource utilization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to drive long distances to job sites.
