At The Superlative Club, you will:

• Plans, designs, evaluates, and implements all aspects of the child care programs in accordance with The Superlative Club guidelines.
• Responsible for all aspects of program development, quality and safety.
• Maintains required enrollment numbers.
• Substitutes as the on-site Site Coordinator as needed.
• Provides additional leadership to staff at locations as needed.
• Knows and administers the appropriate emergency action plan for any situation, including first aid or CPR, work-related employee injuries, etc.
• Completes incident and accident reports as required.
• Inspects equipment within the building for safety hazards, damage or wear.
• Communicates any suggestions to direct supervisor to improve the site operations.
• Monitors and assists in maintaining the cleanliness of the program areas.
• Hires, trains, monitors, and evaluates appropriate staff.
• Ensures staff members maintain required trainings.
• Holds effective staff meetings.
• Maintains accurate records for child care programs, facility, and staff.
• Establishes procedures for scheduling and finding substitutes.
• Substitutes in a classroom when needed.
• Communicates to direct supervisor any concerns or incidents that may need follow-up.
• Builds relationships with members, program participants and community partners.
• Attends parent events/family programs.
• Attends designated trainings.
• Carries out other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

A qualified applicant will have the following:

· Must be at least 18 years of age with a higher education degree

· At least 6 months – 1 year of experience working with children

At least 6 months – 1 year of experience training

· Ability to clear background checks

Pay: Up to $40,000.00 per year
