Fond is looking for a Partner Operations Associate to help our platform grow by way of new merchant partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for closing deals, and creating processes along the way, as well as being a key player in many of the exciting challenges we face while expanding our service in the US as well as internationally. As a member of the Partner Operations team, you will report to the team manager and work closely with our Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure the merchants you are engaging are aligned with our current and prospective customer needs. Another key part of this role are the operational tasks, which include uploading new rewards/perks and managing and maintaining existing rewards/perks.

Qualifications

4-year BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
1-2 years of professional working experience
Strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time efficiently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in a role that involved working deals from prospecting through close
Strong work ethic, not one to wait for direction
Hungry self-starter with a ‘get it done’ mentality

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce
Experience scaling a program from an early stage
Thrive in a dynamic work environment
Bilingual
