Job summary

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Repair vending machines in the field and maintaining their efficiency by performing preventative maintenance.
• Prep vending machines for install.
• Install machines on site at customers
• Train customers and employees on using the machines properly
• Train Industrial Supply employees on trouble shooting and assist them in diagnosing problems while they are on location.
• Perform installs as assigned and assist vending lead with other installs as needed.
• Perform tech support duties

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two years' experience in vending machine installs, repair and tech support.

Required Qualifications:

• Has technical aptitude and is willing to learn.
• Has transportation and willing to travel long distances when required and sometimes travel out of town and stay overnight.
• Two years' experience in providing world-class customer service experience
• Able to pass background test and drug screen.
• A US citizen and able to provide proof of citizenship.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift 50 lbs. regularly and sometimes more when needed including pushing and pulling heavy weight with ease.
• Able to travel to customer sites and perform install and repair tasks.
