Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for installing various commercial refrigeration products and systems according to specifications and industry standards, i.e. Walk in coolers and freezers, Ice machines, reach ins This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Install products and systems, such as walk in boxes, refrigeration systems remote and non remote, ice machines, reach in coolers/freezers
• Read and interpret installation instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Measure and mark surfaces to ensure accurate installation
• Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete installations
• Test installed products or systems to ensure proper functioning
• Troubleshoot issues and make necessary repairs or adjustments
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Universal EPA
• Experience in HVAC/R
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs unassisted
• Proven experience as an Installer or similar role
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of installation techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills
