Looking for highly organized “AUTO TITLE CLERK” full time position Monday– Friday. Must be experienced in processing Auto Titles.

T-1 is looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented, experienced title clerk with the ability to resolve a high-volume of automotive title issues while delivering best-in-class customer service to lenders, agencies or business partners.

At T -1 you will have the opportunity to work closely and connect with members of our awesome team and rock your job responsibilities, which include:

Maximize title reporting and administration:

Prepare title documents in a time sensitive manner to achieve or exceed title reporting standards and benchmarks.

Reassign titles and maintain title book (keeps staff up to date on titles missing).

Submit legal transfer of documents to Department of Motor Vehicles on a timely basis.

Stay current with knowledge of title regulations as mandated by DMV.

Be a go-to person for all title document related inquiries for our team.

Compile and verify documents, such as invoices, stipulations, and checks to substantiate business transactions.

Assists employees, vendors, clients and/or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures and services.

Follow compliance processes; adhere to all Company standards, state and federal laws and regulations as well as product pricing guidelines of all lenders, agencies or business partners.

Provide an exceptional customer experience through ethics, quality of work and effective orally and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

Work performed in an office setting.

Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about facilities.

What T-1 will love about you:

High school diploma or the equivalent.

2 years of dealership title clerk experience or paralegal experience.

Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm ( or 9-6) (full-time)

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel applications.

Professional communication skills.

Proficiency in basic math.

Detail oriented.

This individual must have reliable transportation and can be relied upon to arrive at work every day punctually. This individual will work side by side with the business owner of a growing local business. This is a ground floor opportunity! Compensation is $21-25 an hour based on actual experience. Applications from those with no Auto Title Experience will not be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
