Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process customer transactions accurately using the cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking tires , arranging displays and cleaning.
- Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies
- Fulfill online orders and ensure timely delivery or pick-up
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations
- Familiarity with tires and sizes a plus.
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: $741.08 - $900.00 per week
