Internal Sales Manager
The Internal Sales Manager position plays a vital role in leading our Sales Team of 5-7 people, while also attaining their own goals with incentives, concentrating on growing key accounts. This person will be an important part of the hiring, and training of all sales representatives as we expand the current sales team. The Internal Sales Manager will also be responsible for the leadership and successes, thru mentoring and motivating the team. Certain key accounts and new business opportunities will be assigned to the Internal Sales Manager for special handling.
