Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our team as a Merchandise Manager. As a Merchandise Manager, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing floor sets and visuals needs throughout all departments of the store. Separately needs to have understanding in business acumen and development!
Duties:
- Develop and implement best practices around standards and floor set execution
-Styling, Window Display, Mannequin Displays to brand standard
-Creating fun and inviting work environment for peers and associates
-A business owner looking to grow within the company starting with our store. Comfortable driving sales and business acumen
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales and merchandising
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail for accurate pricing and inventory management
- Exceptional customer service skills
Note: This is a paid position.
