We are hiring a Functional Lead to work in Laurel, MD. Position location is subject to change based on central MD client's needs.

Required: TS/SCI with a Polygraph

Primary responsibilities include:

Coordinate functional requirements gathering and provide input to design

Conduct configuration workshops and provide input to existing configuration management process

Complete and maintain configuration

Develop test scripts

Coordinate and execute low side build and regression testing, high side internal testing, and user acceptance testing

Conduct troubleshooting, issue identification, and resolution

Coordinate stand-up of Help Desk

Provide functional support for deployment activities

Individual Capabilities/Experience Required/Desired:

Minimum of 2 years experience in preparing for and conducting internal and stakeholder test events desired

Experience in configuration management desired

Experience with developing and/or reviewing functional system documentation, to include requirements, design, and training documents desired

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite desktop applications, specifically MS Word and MS PowerPoint

Experience briefing, to include executive meetings, organizations, and multiple stakeholder groups
