GSD&M is looking for a Performance Campaign Manager who is responsible for the execution of hands-on-keyboard programmatic plans, campaign management and optimizations.
They assist their supervisor in the execution of more complex campaigns and initiatives to help fully build upon their potential and gain experience in new areas. They are learning how to think strategically, by looking at trends, competitive data, client goals and objectives, and by having a good understanding of the strategic business insights and creative work. They will receive mentorship, guidance, and direction on executing media campaigns which help build their client’s business.
Performance Campaign Managers work closely with other departments in the agency to ensure that communication & collaboration is in constant flow. They are expected to oversee their campaigns, bring optimization insights, support client-facing reporting and the training of other support staff.
