About the Role
Where: Baylor Heart & Vascular Hospital Dallas
621 N Hall Street, Dallas TX 75226
Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Unit
Patient Population: Post cardiac intervention, chronic heart failure, ages 18-95 years of age
Patient Census: 60-80 scheduled rehab patients
Shift: Full Time Days | 7:15am – 5:00pm | Mon-Thur (closed Fridays & no weekend or call requirement)
Required Experience: Must have (3) three years of recent, full time Cardiovascular ICU, Cath Lab, Cardiovascular Progressive/Intermediate Care and Telemetry. Prefer previous Cardiac Rehab experience.
·Obtain Certified Clinical Rehab Specialist (CCRP)
·Possess the ability to educate patients and others about Cardiac Rehabilitation and its importance
·Possess the ability to present to groups, when teaching is required by the flow of Cardiac Rehab Patients
