Behavioral Program Specialist
Entry level position working with teens 13-17 in residential treatment for substance abuse. Supervision of clients as they move through their scheduled days groups and activities. We utilize a behavioral motivation model with our kids to encourage them to replace their negative behaviors with positive behaviors to provide them with guidance for a more positive future. Will provide training on premises. Opportunity to move up. Must be at least 22 yrs. and drug free. 2nd and 3rd shift openings. Sign on bonus available.
