Responsible for overseeing the daily work flow of the hospital phlebotomy requests, lab processing area and out-patient departments. . Staff development, scheduling, counseling and mentoring phlebotomy team.Provides the Laboratory Director with all pre-analytical quality indicators as part of the overall Laboratory QI Program. Troubleshoots and resolves all problems in the pre-analytical areas. Responsible for training of new employees and competency of existing staff.
