Job Description
- Supporting Excellence in Production: You will play a key role in preparing for production runs by reading job jackets, setting up the press cart with the necessary equipment, and performing machine wash-ups and make-readies.
- Maintaining Efficiency and Quality: By assisting operators with equipment setup and maintaining a clean and organized work area, you contribute directly to our culture of continuous improvement and excellence in execution.
- Ensuring Safety and Compliance: Your vigilance in maintaining press safety, through regular checks and reporting, upholds our commitment to a safe working environment.
- Possess a high school diploma or GED, with 3-6 months of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrate basic PC skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to follow complex instructions.
- Are committed to maintaining high attendance, willing to work overtime as needed, and ready to be a versatile team player within our organization.
- Can meet the physical demands of working in a manufacturing environment, including standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
