What You'll Do as an Upholstery Serge Sewer:
- You'll be part of a team turning beautiful fabrics into stunning furniture pieces!
- Operate a Serge sewing machine to create high-quality upholstery pieces
- Follow production tickets and sewing instructions meticulously
- Utilize hand tools and maintain your sewing machine
- Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve shared goals
The Preferred Candidate Might:
- Have a minimum of 6 months' experience operating a serger machine in upholstery work
- Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- Be able to follow instructions and work independently
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Need the physical ability to stand, lift, and maneuver materials up to 50 lbs.
