Daily tasks will vary from supporting marketing and partnership initiatives, maintaining performance trackers and marketing calendars, and actively participating in meetings.Management of Marketing calendar and meeting facilitationCoordinating the creation of marketing assets for various campaigns, working with Marketing, Editorial, Social, and Graphics teamsTrafficking assets, managing spreadsheets and tracking all aspects of promotional campaignsPreparing Keynote campaign recap presentations that include performance metrics, key learnings & actionable recommendations and, presenting these to the leadership teamWriting and proofreading copy for website posts, emails, and other marketing initiativesSupporting the synergy lead on all cross-promotional opportunities with internal partnersContributing ideas for content to be used with digital and social channels associated with the program Assisting with other marketing responsibilities as needed by members of the Marketing team Building and fostering relationships across the program and other teamsBasic Qualification: 1-2 Years Marketing expProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrate analytic skills with strong proficiency in ExcelExperienced with presentation software and have working knowledge of PowerPoint, KeynoteProven ability to successfully prioritize and handle multiple tasksMust be able to work under pressure and within quick timelines.Excellent note-taking skills, within meetings, to find the key points of the conversation and capture after-action responsibilities.Well-developed writing and grammatical skills; including copywriting and proofreading abilityExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsHigh sense of responsibility and confidentialityFast learner with a genuine interest in the company's history including films, animation, television, and theme parks as well as knowledge of the marketing function.Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working on website and digital marketing projects; relationship management and integration; and posting and writing in the voice/tone of an organizationProven campaign and event planning experienceExperience with WordPress or other CMSRequired Education: Graduate w Bach Dgr-Mrktg, Comm or related fieldAbout INSPYR SolutionsTechnology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
