Project Consulting Group is actively hiring an Organizational Change Manager to lead clients through large, highly visible, transformational change initiatives. We are looking for “High Competence | High Character | Low Ego” leaders who are experienced, knowledgeable, passionate about their field, and eager to deliver value to our clients.

Our ideal candidate:

• Experienced in executing organizational change management initiatives (communications, training, change readiness assessment, impact analysis, stakeholder management, leadership alignment, etc.)
• An effective collaborator with strong communication skills
• Experienced in managing change across People, Process and Technology

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and manage complex portfolios of change initiatives
• Craft and execute persona-driven communications and engagement plans
• Responsible for deliverables on the different components of OCM activities (change management, organizational alignment, communications, and training)
• Ensure OCM activities are aligned with the overall project timeline and key milestones and are integrated with other workstreams as required
• Align leadership with the goals and objectives essential to successful project execution
• Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change.
• Apply The Prosci ADKAR Model or other certified OCM Models, Tools, and Frameworks to support improved client future-state organizational design and alignment.
• Build and execute change management strategies, create awareness within the project leadership of the importance of their roles as change advocates.
• Define and execute communication strategies to effectively share information with project stakeholders throughout the project life-cycle.

Required Experience:

• 5 years of experience providing change management or organizational development solutions in support of technology-driven transformation programs
• Viewed as an expert on change management
• Craft and execute persona-driven communications and engagement plans
• Prioritize and manage complex portfolios of change initiatives
• Demonstrated proficiency in effectively leading and influencing decision making at various levels of the organizations.
• Ability to handle changing priorities, manage multiple tasks and work within strict deadlines.
• Solid analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills; advanced statistical analysis and
• modeling knowledge.
