The Customer Pickup Clerk plays a critical customer service role by providing customers with fast, friendly, and accurate service.
The Customer Check-In Associate will verify customer identification upon check in, explain AFW pickup policies and procedures to the customer, enter the customers information into our database and verify the order is correct and ready to be picked, assign the customer a pickup pager, and assist with any customer issues that may arise.
