Here's how you'll make an impact on the team:
Create, implement, and manage test SKUs and pricing, in support of launches and programs.
Coordinate and support operational aspects of the Volume and Scale product lifecycle.
Perform audits related to the standard launch process.
Project planning to implement business decisions, including key milestones, and drive progress to achieve project goals and timelines.
Work cross-functionally and effectively communicate to all upstream/downstream stakeholders, to ensure understanding of strategy, project plan, and impacts.
Evaluate existing processes, procedures, and operational challenges. Identify and document cross-functional process improvement and adoption of best practices (processes, tools) to improve overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Here's what you'll need to be successful in this role:
Bachelor's Degree
2 years of experience in an operational role, prioritizing and managing projects, with accuracy and diligence.
Experience driving processes, and consistently meeting established key milestones.
Flexible and creative mind-set, to drive best practice solutions to a wide variety of business and technical challenges.
Passion for process improvement and proven capability to develop documentation to drive change.
Meticulous attention to detail, analytical skills and auditing experience required.
Advanced knowledge and fluency with Excel, Workfront, Confluence/Wiki, SAP, Sharepoint required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience creating training documentation/curriculum a plus.
