Job Summary:
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Data Entry into computerized system
- Prepare Customs documents
- Inbond Entry/Export Control in accordance to U.S Customs Rules & Regulations
- Inventory control on all Inbond cargo
- Submit and collection of documents at U.S Customs
- Maintain close communication with requiered Government Authorities and keep operation up to date on new laws and regulation changes

Skills:
- Fluent in English and Sapanish, both written and verbal communication skills are required
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Ability to maintain accurate records and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
