Jersey Shore CML is currently hiring for a Production Finisher to join our central manufacturing facility. Please note, this is not a remote position.

The Finishing team is responsible to ensure all product is made to fulfill store orders. You will be finishing yeast donut shells, yeast donuts, and cake donuts which will be then frosted, filled, and powdered according to job aid. Focus on ensuring the quality and consistency of the product to be able to be sent out to stores. All food products labeled and dated. Making sure toppings/fillings are restocked and setup for the following day. All pans and equipment are to be cleaned and sanitized. All production tables are being cleaned and sanitized.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible to put certain quantities of munchkins/donuts into baskets, based on a production list/ par level that will be provided each day
• Ability to separate finished product into specific quantities based on store orders to be sent out to our retail stores
• To ensure consistency,
• All donuts are cooked per job aid.
• To be able to use a filling machine to fill donuts, pack donuts and frost donuts
• To be able to clean filling machine
• Ability to frost and sprinkle donuts
• Be able to powder large quantities of donuts while maintaining the quality of the product.
• Responsible for sanitizing cleaning workstation after production
• Making sure all products being labeled, dated, and stored properly.
• Enjoys learning, in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain clean and organized work environment
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Good attitude and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to plan, organize and time manage.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisor
• Ability to pack donuts
• Ability to lift baskets and move racks
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• To perform the essential job functions safely and successfully
• Standing for long periods of time (8 hours)
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to effectively communicate with supervisor and other team members both written and verbally
• Strong understanding of GMP Compliance guidelines
• Serv Safe Certified, preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred
• Must be able to work the following shift: 3:00PM - 10:00PM
