We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse/Logistics associate to join our client's team and support their efficient operation. The Warehouse/Logistics associate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and delivering materials and equipment across all areas. This role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless patient care delivery while adhering to regulatory guidelines and organizational standards. This is a temp position.
Work hours-Monday-Friday (weekends if needed) 4PM-12:30AM
Responsibilities:
- Receive, store, issue, and deliver materials and equipment
- Perform cleaning duties to maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and uphold sanitation standards in healthcare facilities.
- Record receipt of items and maintain an up-to-date open purchase order file.
- File receiving documents from carriers and stage items for delivery to hospital departments.
- Uncrate and perform minor assembly of products received.
- Manage inventory effectively, ensuring accuracy in record-keeping and timely distribution of materials.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures related to handling materials and equipment.
- Demonstrate commitment to patient care and service excellence, aligning with organizational mission and values.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, following regulatory guidelines and organizational standards.
- Adapt to changing priorities and respond effectively to urgent requests, demonstrating flexibility and a team player mindset.
