**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Salary Range:** $80,000 - $120,000 DOE

Location: Riverview, FL

**Position Overview:** Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

Our client is searching for a skilled Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer. This role involves designing and developing tailored solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. The successful candidate will collaborate with both business and technical teams to provide application architecture, design, configuration, support, and consultation services, with a strong focus on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. This job description outlines the primary duties and functions but is not exhaustive. Management may assign additional responsibilities as needed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

To perform this role successfully, the individual must be able to execute each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

- Collaborate with the Dynamics 365 team and business units to document requirements and develop solutions using CRM Dynamics hosted in Azure.

- Follow industry-standard best practices for software development and maintenance.

- Communicate technical information effectively to staff at all levels, including senior leadership.

- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend innovative and effective solutions.

- Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solutions hands-on.

- Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage business processes, customize built-in entities, and create and maintain Dynamics forms, business processes, and workflows.

- Develop data conversion and testing strategies.

- Work with the project management team to develop the overall scope and work plan for implementing requirements.

- Provide technical expertise to identify, evaluate, and develop effective and efficient solutions that meet business needs.

- Assist customers at all technical ability levels in customizing and developing CRM solutions.

- Quickly identify defects and their root causes throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Work closely with customers to ensure system functions are implemented according to stakeholder needs.

- Travel to remote or branch locations as necessary.

- Adhere to the safety policies of Dobbs Equipment and its clients.

**Qualifications:** Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

- Valid Driver's License

- Experience with Dynamics portals

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

- Experience in creating and customizing CRM entities and Dynamics portals

**Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field

- 8 years of hands-on experience in customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM and .NET development using VB.NET, C#, and other .NET programming languages

- 8 years of web development experience

- Highly developed organizational and communication skills

- Deep understanding of CRM capabilities and architecture, with the ability to determine the best approach for out-of-the-box configurations vs. custom development
