Purpose: First Central Savings Bank is looking to train the right candidates for part time employment as Loan Operations Assistant. This is ideal entry level position for anyone looking to have a career in banking, finance with a specialty in Loan Servicing. This person should have strong analytical skills, strong organizational skills, strong computer skills and strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Job Functions:

• Review, organize and scan all loan documentation to ensure proper electronic filing.
• Monitor and maintain the electronic loan files to ensure that it’s sorted, named and filed correctly.
• Provide quality control of all loan documents received post-closing.
• Organize, log and package loan files for offsite storage.
• Review information in the Bank’s core system to ensure all information is correct and accurate.
• Work on various ad-hoc loan servicing projects.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: This person should have strong analytical skills, strong organizational skills, strong computer skills (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
