Responsibilities:

What we trust you to do:

  • Oversees daily website operations including ongoing software development, sprint planning and releases, campaign execution, site performance, testing, and support.
  • Manages and coaches a team of front-end software developers to ensure effective and modern coding practices are followed to allow for an optimal experience on Jordans.com.
  • Assists assigning priority levels for development projects and Jira tickets, manages follow-up communication and deadlines, and manages pre- and post-launch quality assurance testing.
  • Champions a mobile-first mentality; ensures browser types/breakpoints are considered in the entire site experience.
  • Troubleshoots site performance and usability problems/concerns, manages resolutions, and communicates results.
  • Manages a daily quality assurance site check process using custom procedures and third-party solutions to ensure that marketing and commerce execution meet plan and performance standards and expectations.
  • Identifies and triages operational and functional problems, informs leadership promptly, notifies the appropriate resources, provides regular status updates, and ensures that timely resolutions are achieved.
  • Enforces established Ecommerce site health metrics, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Develops and maintains key Ecommerce processes into Standard Operating Procedure documents.
  • Leverages session replay technology to identify friction points and enhancement opportunities to improve consumer engagement, satisfaction, and conversion rates.
  • Supports A/B testing efforts to optimize user experiences.
  • Participates in the Ecommerce roadmap planning process to help identify opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Maintains awareness of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to implement relevant strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications:

Who you are:

  • 5 years of front-end web development experience.
  • 2 years experience managing operations teams.
  • Demonstrated experience with CMS, PIM, Google Analytics 4, Google Merchant Center, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, ticketing software, product and order data, middleware, ERPs and supporting software technologies.
  • Proven experience in business operations including Agile development lifecycles, execution, and support.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven supervisory and management experience.
  • Proven ability to work effectively and efficiently independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners.
