Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the importation process for air freight shipments from origin to destination.

• Prepare and submit required documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates on shipment status and address any concerns or inquiries.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, customs clearance, or documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all air import transactions.
