Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bindery professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various aspects of print finishing and binding processes.

Duties:
- Operate bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, and collators
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications
- Handle post-press tasks including trimming, folding, and binding
- Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CNC machines for cutting and shaping materials
- Experience with layout design for printed materials
- Knowledge of screen printing techniques
- Familiarity with typography and design principles
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks
- Understanding of print advertising concepts
- Ability to operate printing presses and fabricate printed materials
- Knowledge of color management techniques for print production
- Experience in prepress operations for print projects
