Position Summary:

• Develop a strong command of industry knowledge
• Drive customer outreach efforts by prospecting
• Set, meet, and exceed production goals
• Assist with expansion of our customer base
• Inform prospective customers of product benefits
• Present products and services in a dynamic, professional manner
• Adopt direct sales techniques by shadowing senior team members
• Establish rapport with internal departments

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• At least one year of sales and or customer relations experience
• Available to work full time
• Must pass a Background Check
• Exemplary communication skills
• Inquisitive and passionate about learning new skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively
• Thrives in social situations and adapts well to change
