Job Description
- Recall order on the POS
- Greet customer pleasantly. Smile and make eye contact with customers. Create as much conversation as time permits
- Announce the total of the bill
- Collect payment. Say “please” when asking for payment. Make correct change, and give receipt
- State the amount of change as it is handed to the customer
- Thank customer and hand out food order with appropriate accessories
- Offer a warm closing, such as asking the customer to return
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer
- Anticipate and react to sales volume changes
- Clean area (wipe down counter, beverage station, walls, sweep floor, mop floor, clean windows and spot check outside window)
- Check change level in register
- Ensure all sanitary waters are changed and linens rinsed or changed as needed (wash cloths, hand towels, etc)
