**Description**
**TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of Roper Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ROP) is seeking a full-time Test Driver to join our team in Houston, Texas.**
**Job Summary:** In addition to driving pre-determined routes per an assigned schedule to generate a set number of transactions for annual roadway audits and driving specific scenarios during on site testing, the Test Team Driver supports the operations of the Test Engineer Team by performing various administrative support tasks.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Responsible for safe driving/control of TransCore owned/rented/leased vehicles at all times
* Responsible for refueling vehicles
* Maintain the safety, security, and control of the vehicle at all times
* Report all faults experienced during the days activity
* Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle
**Education****:** High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
* Must have the ability to multitask and be well organized and timely
* Excellent customer service, communication, and people skills
* Ability to work under pressure and sit and drive for long periods of time
* Ability to listen and execute instructions
* Must maintain drivers license in good standing as verified by TransCore and meet driving qualifications as set forth in TransCores Vehicle Policy
* Driving record must be free of DUI/DWI for three-year period prior to employment
* Must be able to provide proof of current auto insurance
* Minimum of 21 years of age
**Schedule:** Hours may vary, day and night availability preferred
