Wanted: Good attitude and a pair of hands ready to work. Offering the opportunity to work alongside and be trained by a skilled property maintenance professional. You will learn all aspects of repairing, maintaining and upkeeping residential and commercial real estate for a local company. Needed for all sorts of building projects; old and new. We want to train you for a career in property maintenance so that you can take over when our current professional retires.
Required:
Respectful, positive attitude
Ready to work
Willing and able to learn; you do not need tools or experience, we have those to share; but a natural aptitude or inclination for repairing and fixing things will go a long way.
A desire to learn how to fix all things property-related
Part time: 9AM-2PM Monday, Wednesday, Friday
A vehicle is not required; for the right candidate we can pick you up if needed (in Brattleboro).
