**Description:**

Performs electrical, instrument, mechanical and control system maintenance for production and facilities equipment and systems.

Records time entry and repair activities in SAP, on pass down sheets and verbally communicates with operators and productions shift supervisors.

Responsible for the communication and documentation of any mechanical or electrical problems that disrupt the production process.

Repair or replacements of valves, instrumentation systems, level switches, electrical components, switchbacks on air actuators using process meters, pressure calibrator, temperature calibrators, and flow transmitters, volt simulators. Troubleshooting valve signals, motion sensors

Working with 40 20 milliamp signaling, heart signaling, transmitters like rose mount. Fisher control valves, discrete valve automation. (relay control logic)

working around 125 pound steam, 40 psi steam, instrument air, compressed processed air.

Working on Motor control center (MCC)

VFD installation
