Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals and families in need. Duties:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Develop individualized care plans based on clients' strengths and challenges
- Provide counseling and support to individuals and families
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists, counselors, and healthcare providers, to coordinate services
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary resources
- Assist clients in navigating the social service system
- Conduct home visits to assess living conditions and ensure the safety of children or vulnerable adults
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed
- Document all interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately and timely

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of child welfare policies and procedures
- Familiarity with child protective services and reporting requirements
- Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques
- Ability to provide crisis intervention and manage high-stress situations
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and interventions
- Excellent conflict management skills
- Experience working with children in a childcare or social work setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
