Full-time Dentists Wanted at The Magnificent Dentist in Yonkers, NY.We are looking for General Dentists to grow with us!
With over 10 offices and an internal network of 50 Dental Providers, we take pride in working with the best practitioners to deliver excellence in service & culture.

You will provide high-end dentistry services to patients of all ages in one of our state-of-the-art clinics. Experienced doctors will be able to see a wide range of procedures – from root canals to molar extractions, based on skillset and expertise.
Schedule:This position requires a full-time general practice dentist to work 40 hours per week. Clinics are open Monday through Friday from 10am to 7pm, with on-call Saturdays from 9am to 4pm. Some hours may vary depending on geographic region.
Responsibilities:
  • Build trust and forge tight relationships with all team members
  • Effectively lead Dental Assistants and other dental professionals to produce excellent care for patients
  • See a wide range of cases with patients of all ages, including the pediatric population
  • Participate in CE events hosted by Founders and members to continue to build upon dental skillset
  • Treat all patients, regardless of socio-economic status, with the utmost respect
  • Provide proper notice when out of the office to allow essential staff to be prepared for daily patient population
  • Interact with other General Practice dentists on a daily basis in a professional and cordial manner
  • Work with Regional Leads and Office Leaders to develop a strong office culture in your respective clinic
  • Understand and utilize Open Dental for efficient patient flow and organization within the clinic
  • Evangelize safety protocol and create a safety-first culture within your respective clinic
  • Communicate effectively with office leader to ensure alignment on all matters going on in the clinic
Qualifications:
  • Must have a license prior to starting with.
  • Previous experience is a plus, but not a requirement of this position
  • Ability to get credentialed by Medicaid is required
  • An interest in career development and dentistry skills is required
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school
  • 2 years of clinical experience working in a dental practice
Salary and Benefits:Starting salary is $210k-$300k per year based on experience and performance.
