Busy New Home Construction Office is seeking a Full-time organized, detail-oriented team player to support our Sales Department

We are looking for a team member who is personable, energetic, results-oriented, and resourceful with outstanding communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Work onsite during business hours, including weekends.
• Greet visitors and answer inquiries in person or on the phone.
• Develop positive working relationships with customers, staff, and vendors.
• Handle inquiries from potential customers via email, phone, and website.
• Follow up with prospects and set appointments.
• Work well with customers in high-stress situations.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager.
• Demonstrate a desire and ability to gain knowledge of products, the company, and the sales process.
• Handle conflict resolution effectively.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a sales administrative or professional role.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Extreme attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
• Experience handling confidential information.
