POSITION Store Manager

WHO YOU ARE

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

**Deliver results to meet or exceed store goals and company objectives: 40%**

Develops and executes plans that maximize sales and ensure fiscal responsibility

Creates strategies and tactics to drive positive results in key performance indicators

Plan and prioritize tasks and responsibilities to meet the needs of the customer and business

Manage the implementation of all promotional directives and visual merchandising initiatives

**Create, develop and manage an ongoing recruiting base and succession plan: 30%**

Use performance management tools to educate, coach and mentor sales team

Actively lead employees by regularly conducting performance assessments, providing feedback, setting challenging goals and developing next-level leaders.

Track, maintain and communicate recruitment efforts and facilitate future candidate introductions.

**Foster a collaborative team environment that celebrates achievements while promoting accountability and individual/team contribution: 20%**

Create a positive work environment where all employees are motivated to do their best.

Link mission, vision, values, goals, and strategies to everyday work.

Recognize and reward individual and team accomplishments using existing tools and programs while finding innovative methods of recognition.

Promote and inspire a strong sales and service culture in a selling environment.

**Develop community and business partnerships: 10%**

Identify, advance and leverage partnerships which benefits both the community and store.

Build and maintain positive working relationship with center management.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

College degree or equivalent job experience preferred

4 years management experience in specialty retail and/or hospitality

Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and POS/laptop /handheld systems

Requires occasional overnight travel up to 20%

**Physical requirements**

Ability to be mobile and walking on the sales floor for extended period of time

Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 25lbs.
