SummaryIn this role, the candidate will effectively manage project team members to drive member value and oversee a substantial book of business. Specifically, you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining a unique go-to-market approach for the non-acute markets we serve. Additionally, this role will support our linkage with sourcing as well as member councils providing non-acute market needs and opportunities to strengthen our solutions.
Responsibilities
- Plan and/or lead quality execution of projects, programs, or operations.
- Manage project impact and scope; oversee an annual engagement portfolio of projects.
- Identify trends and use data-driven insights to explore hypotheses and make recommendations on complex business problems that span the member’s system of care.
- Craft and deliver influential communications on multi-dimensions with clarity, confidence, and persuasion to senior executive-level audiences.
- Support function/practice development activities including the development, launch, and implementation of new or improved services/products.
- Guide team on all aspects of qualitative and quantitative analyses by leveraging client experience and expertise.
- Contribute to driving revenue by participating in and identifying member upsell and cross-sell opportunities and serving as a subject matter expert throughout the sales process.
- Identify new business opportunities by engaging clients from the identification of issues/ideas to consulting opportunities or other solutions.
- Create and build strong, lasting trusted advisor relationships with the C-suite.
- Responsible for overall member relationships.
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 10 or more years of experience required in group purchasing, procurement and/or supplier management.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to achieve results is required.
- Ability to lead and prioritize, plan, and execute on critical initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate with executives to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Ability to communicate effectively is critical.
