The Pre-Sales Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales process by processing leads from trade shows, webinars, and web forms using our sales enablement tool to communicate detailed product information to potential customers and asking pointed questions to determine sales potential before passing leads to our US sales team. After processing the leads, The Pre-Sales Specialist will work directly with the sales team members to ensure that the leads are progressed through the sales funnel and attributed to the appropriate marketing channel.

Understanding of and experience with sales support tools (CRM), Excel, and Excel Reporting is required.

Your tasks will include, but not limited to:

  • Development/ Inside Sales for dSPACE North America using marketing and sales enablement tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, D365-CE, Highspot, Seamless AI, ZoomInfo.
  • and quickly initiating communications and follow up with potential customers via phone, email, etc. using defined follow-up process with metrics and proven templates.
  • and record all MQL, SQL, as well as the conversion metrics.
  • incoming leads via dSPACE Info Line (web form): follow up, qualify, and route leads to appropriate team members.
  • bi-weekly and monthly meetings with Account Managers to ensure conversion of leads.
  • CRM data clean and manage data entry for all vents and campaigns.
  • meticulous event records and data for strategic marketing decisions.
  • in other sales and marketing activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • years Inside Sales Experience.
  • Degree or similar level of experience
  • Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Experience required, MS D365 helpful.
  • communication and business writing skills.
