3CON is looking for a full-time salary accounting clerk to add to our staff in Wixom, MI . Standard hours are Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts

Essential Duties:

• Reviewing AP invoices to Purchase Orders and inputting into accounting systems
• Managing online submitted invoices
• Monthly reconciling, coding, and inputting credit card charges into accounting systems
• Verifying accuracy of remittance reports and policy information
• Compile data and prepare reports
• Utilizing multiple software platforms as part of daily accounting duties
• Support Accounting department with other clerical tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a data entry specialist or similar role (1 years)
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures
• Experience in Quickbooks and/or SAP preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, as well as entire Microsoft Suite
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent
