Timberline Church is Hiring a Facilities Team Member Near Windsor, CO
**Job Title:** Facilities Team Member
**Reports To:** Crew Chief
**Effective Date:** August 2021
**Summary**
The Facilities Team Member is responsible for the overall cleanliness and upkeep of Timberline Church. The position includes, but not limited to setting up for multiple events along with daily tasks that include cleaning, carpentry, and landscaping. Facilities Team Members are key participants to the success of Timberline Churchs activities.
**Duties & Responsibilities***The following list of duties and responsibilities is intended to serve as a guide to what is expected of the Facilities Team Member*
* Position is responsible for the overall cleanliness of Timberline Church facilities.
* Room setups for scheduled events.
* Lead volunteers in special set-ups.
* Landscape-mowing, trimming, trash pick-up, and sprinkler operations.
* Snow removal-both shoveling and tractor use.
* Risk Management, put down rugs, buckets, snow melt to prevent liability losses.
* Report mechanical outages to Crew Chief, so outages can be fixed in timely manner.
* Pick up Facilities phone when on duty, help troubleshoot issues involving facilities.
* Report and document any security issues to Security Manager.
* Understand and operate all mechanical systems (HVAC and sprinklers).
* Must be able to learn and operate scissor lift.
* Willing to complete other tasks assigned including maintenance and special projects.
**Qualifications**
* Ability to do physically hard work.
* Capable of lifting 50lbs.
* Capable of working evenings and weekends.
* Ability to work indoors and out.
* Excellent communication skills
This is a full-time 40 hour/week position with a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a health savings account. Position also includes sick leave and paid time off, along with paid holidays. Must be 18 years or older to apply.
