Job Title: Cycle Counter - Warehouse Associate
Pay & FSLA Status: Competitive Compensation, D.O.E.; Hourly non-exempt
Regular Schedule & Shift: Monday - Friday, Day shift
Regular Weekly Hours: Full-time/40 hours per week (overtime as needed)
Paid Time Off (PTO): 80 hours accrued year 1; 120 hours accrued annually after year 1
Paid Sick Time: 40 hours annually

POSITION SUMMARY:
Our Cycle Counters are responsible for the accurate management of inventory information and for making adjustments to records of inventory after physical cycle count verification. The accuracy of physical inventory and timely adjustments is critical to mitigating the many downstream impacts that can occur due to inaccuracies. This individual will operate within OrePac’s internal computer system. Performing some Receiving Clerk responsibilities may be assigned as well. This is a labor-intensive position that requires heavy lifting. Individuals are regularly on their feet throughout the day and may work at heights as required. Safety is a priority.
