**Description**

Were seeking a full-time housekeeper to keep residents homes and community areas clean, comfortable, and attractive. As part of our team, youll create meaningful moments for residents and others, using your abilities and smile to make each day special for them. This position also performs various duities including:

* Perform routine cleaning & sanitizing task for common areas and residents homes.

* Removes trash and maintain a clean & stocked housekeeping cart and closet.

* Safely operates various types of cleaning equipment.

* Change and transport bed linens according to established standards.

* Responds to residents request and promptly reports situations requiring follow up.

* Recognizes and promptly reports maintenance problems and unsafe acts or conditions.

* Ability to follow basic instructions to complete routine task and communicate in a friendly and responsive manner.

**This opportunity is for the following schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:30am to 3:30pm with weekends availability needs rotating every 4th weekend.**

**About Mather Place:**

Mather Place is an independent living rental community for those age 62 and better located in the heart of Chicagos North Shore in Wilmette, Illinois, a short walk from Old Orchard shopping center. Mather Place includes 179 independent living apartment homes, as well as two restaurants, a fitness center, art studio, library, and more.

Mather Place is located at 2801 Old Glenview Road in Wilmette.
