* Salary Midpoint: $22.70 per hour

Actual compensation offered will vary based on factors including applicable licenses, certifications, education, experience, location, qualifications and comparison with associates in similar roles.

Responsibilities

Provide support to community leaders by implementing standardized processes related to associate

recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement and recognition to ensure a positive associate

experience.

* Collaborates with Human Resources (HR) to assist community leaders and associates in navigating various HR systems and services.

* Supports administrative processes for position management requests.

* Supports new hire onboarding process that includes collecting new hire paperwork, facilitation of orientation, provisioning and training.

* Maintains up to date associate files and tracks orientation, education and licensure compliance.

Requirements

Education:

* High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

* Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
