Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bouncer to join our team. As a Bouncer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our patrons. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our establishment and preventing any potential incidents.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor the premises to prevent unauthorized entry and maintain crowd control
- Verify identification and enforce age restrictions
- Conduct thorough bag checks and pat-downs to prevent prohibited items from entering the premises
- Respond promptly to any disturbances or altercations, using appropriate conflict management techniques
- Escort unruly individuals off the premises when necessary
- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security issues
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bouncer or in a similar security role
- Strong physical stamina and ability to handle confrontational situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
