Job Summary
The Client Associate provides personalized banking services to financial institution clients by performing the following duties.
Pay Range : $24.36 - $34.62 - $44.87
Job Responsibilities :
DUTIES :
- Prepares and compiles new client applications and information to open new accounts and orders all necessary check books and ATM cards.
- Assist in processing wire transfers for clients as needed.
- Provides ongoing relationship servicing with current clients to maintain goodwill and gain additional business.
- Responds to client inquiries and requests regarding accounts, balances etc.
- Coordinates and assists back office personnel in resolving credit problems, delinquent payment issues, and other related client issues.
- Assists in maintaining operational compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain client files.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 1 year banking experience required
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Knowledge of teller activities (preferred)
- Knowledge of banking regulations and AML
- Knowledge of financial service products
